std::is_arithmetic

std::is_arithmetic 是一个一元类型特性。

如果 T 是算术类型（即，整型或浮点型）或其 cv-限定 版本，则提供成员常量 value 等于 true。对于任何其他类型，value 为 false。

如果程序为 std::is_arithmetic 或 std::is_arithmetic_v(C++17 起) 添加特化，则行为未定义。
