int isupper( int ch );

检查给定字符是否为大写字符，根据当前 C 语言环境。在默认的“C”语言环境中，isupper 仅对大写字母（ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ）返回 true。

如果 isupper 返回 true，则保证在相同的 C 语言环境中，iscntrl、isdigit、ispunct 和 isspace 对同一字符返回 false。

如果 ch 的值不能表示为 unsigned char 且不等于 EOF，则行为未定义。
