检查给定字符是否具有图形表示，即它是一个数字 (0123456789)、一个大写字母 (ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ)、一个小写字母 (abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz) 或一个标点符号 (!"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{|}~)，或当前 C 语言环境中特有的任何图形字符。

如果 ch 的值不能表示为 unsigned char 且不等于 EOF，则行为未定义。
